Hey guys, I just would like to state thanks to the penis enlargement community. I’ve gone from 6.3-inch NBP to 7.3 NBP within less than a year.
I started recently back in 2023, Jan and here are my past stats and current ones.
Jan 2023
Length: 6.3 NBP
Girth: 5.3 MSG
Current Measurements: 2024, Feb
Length: 7.3 - 7.4 NBP (8 Inch NBP - Long Term Goal)
Girth: 5.4 - 5.5 MSG (6 Inch Girth Long Term)
Here’s my old routine on what, I used to do. I mostly got my gains from compression hanging and later on, I added air pumping for length. I used to hang for 2 hours a day at the beginning with very heavy intense weights and got up to 12.5kgs/27.5lbs in the past and used to air pump for 15 minutes daily. Here’s what, I did change things around and I took de-conditions breaks and reset everything. I used a very simple system of progressive overload by adding weight to a hanger and slowly increased it over time by adding 0.5 kgs.
However, I’ve decided to change my routine by just hanging weights and using an air pump for length. 1 hour for hanging with 5 min and 30-second breaks per set and 15 minutes air pumping with 2 minutes set and usually reached around 8g-12g.
Here’s my current problem. I feel like I’m on a roadblock and don’t know what to do. I’m tracking my measurements post sessions to see how am I doing.
My post BPSL is 22cm and NPSL is 19cm so like 7.5 inches.
My ideal goal would be to be 7.5-8 inch NBP with 6-inch girth, I would be very happy and settle with it and just move on with life. But it seems like getting to that extra 0.2 is hard and slow.
Honestly, I would just be happy with 7.5-7.9 NBP and 6-inch girth.
Any suggestions? I feel like maybe I’ve developed steel cord, or maybe I’m just doing something wrong in the process.
Also of note: Due to life and stuff. I’ve been hanging for like 4-5 days and maybe pumping for 1-2 days per week as an example.
Maybe, I should take a de-condition break and reset everything. I’m currently hanging 27.5 lbs right now.
