I have done length work one year regularly. Before that I just pumped and tried different devices to find the best way to do PE for me.
I have an upward curve dick and therefore its difficult to measure it. My dick feels bigger and looks bigger and that’s why I think it has grown but when I measure it I don’t notice big differences in the measurements. (I don’t know exactly the original measurements before starting PE.)
My bpel was 16.9 cm (6,65 inches) one year ago and now it is 17.5 cm (6,89 inches). Mseg was 14.5 cm (5,71 inches) and it is now 14.8 cm (5,81).
My routine includes manual interval stretching and interval pumping. 4-5 times in a week, 1 hour length work and 30-40 min girth work. Length: After warm up I do 12 sets of 1 minute warmup stretches and then 8-10 sets of 5 minute stretches.
Girth: After length I warm up my dick again with heat and pump 12 sets of 30 seconds for warm up and after that I pump 8 sets of 2 min. After pumping I soft clamp for 10 minutes.
I do these 2 days on 1 off, or 1 day on 1 day off.
I think my dick feels and looks bigger, but the measurements are kinda same as one year ago and that makes me feel really bad and insecure. What could I do to get results? I have measured fatigue and it has always been between 2-5% after workout as it should. I have also been very consistent with my routines.
I’m kinda happy with my eg (5.8) but it’s annoyingly difficult to increase my length. I think I have hitted plateau. What should I do? Why Im not gaining?
I have tried vacuum hanging but I am uncircumcised and got blisters from using vacuum cup. Should I continue with manuals and trust the process or maybe try hanging again? Maybe buy a compression hanger? Or maybe change my routine some how? Why I’m not gaining girth or length even I have been doing PE kinda long time already.
