Originally started with a cheap all day stretcher then used that to make a vac hanger which I could only used for 5 minutes at a time due to blisters. Tried using a glans cap, lotion method and water method. All useless for me and still resulted in blisters. Even tried manual stretches for a few months and bought a total man extender. All useless for me. Then just bought the total man compression hanger. No fucking about with vac cups actually get to do 20 minute sets straight and actually seeing some progress finally. Gone from 7.5 bpel to 7 and ⅝. I know it sounds stupid but I’ve been trying this for probably about a year now with no fkn progress so to see that is brilliant. Compression hanging is the way forward.

100% agree, I think the only thing that will challenge comp. hangers in the future is the $20,000 PhalBac device, and the price difference is insane. Plus, as far as I understand, the owner owns patents on the device, so the only way to get one will probably be a Chinese knock-off.
