I only just found BD’s content on YouTube. I’ve read the blogs and watched the videos, but I’m still a bit confused on a couple of things.
1) does anyone have a fairly generic daily schedule for a beginner to follow? I’m not sure how often I should be doing each aspect and whether I do them all together or on different days etc.
2) also, when reading on BTC stretches, it’s says 10 sets 45 secs and 2 sets 5 mins. Is this all together or on different days?
3) when measuring pressure/post session, am I measuring erect or flaccid?
For info, I will be using a vacuum hanger, got one on order from Etsy and should arrive in 4-5 weeks. I will also be using a pump for expansion.
If it matters, I’m 40 years old, below average length, about average girth. I will be documenting my progress as, if this genuinely works, this might actually save lives.
I had one failed sui***de attempt in my 20s and am still getting over the damage I caused. I’m still crippled by anxiety and at 40 had all but given up hope. I don’t know why BD’s videos were recommended on yt, but hoping it was fate, or something haha.
Any advice or directions to where I can find the answers will be much appreciated.
