Wondering if my routine is okay. All the new findings make me question my routine, so I would like to some help on it. I am mainly after length until i hit 7.5″ (7.1″ right now)
BFR Release 5
Fatigue sets 10×1 min (6 of them are bundled)
Strain set 5-6×5 min
Clamp 3×5 (Only sometimes when i have time or feel like it)
Hypoxic clamping every Monday and Thursday
