Hi there, I’ve been starting on and off for a while but this time for sure I started my PE journey! However, I’ve been having a problem and wanted to ask if anyone had the same.
I find it hard not to get hard (pun intended) while doing the exercises. E.g. where a semi-erection is necessary to do the exercise I will usually get hard and not be able to do it. Then I need to rest for a few mins to calm down, and only then can I continue. This usually happens multiple times so I’ll be quitting mid exercise to relax more than once.
The only thing I found that sometimes works is when I do some fitness before PE, then I can control it more.
Any suggestions or insight?
