So I actually restarted on OCT 1. I did come back and ease into it but full on mark it as Oct 1st since it’s easier to remember.
I also dropped 40lbs and I’m now building muscle, down to 145lbs (I’m short).
So Oct 1st is for both PE and muscle building.
So far I got myself an electric pump that BD recommended the smart one. I pump almost everyday and ATM I’m just doing 2 to 3 days of extending on the Apex for 40 minutes. Once I get reconditioned I will maybe up it up to an hour or just up the weight. I may stick to 40 like BD does. Less time under the Apex the better for me.
Alot of discoloring went away with my decon. Don’t feel like clamping anymore tbh. I felt like it wrecked my EQ.
Also side note I noticed when I restarted using my Apex that my eq shot up again.
Girth measurements are on 5 on the dot MEG and 5.2 at base. Still want to be 5.5 MEG soooo maybe another year or 2 and I’ll get there
