9/6/2023 .6 gained in stretched flaccid, .125 gained Erect length but no apparent changes in girth.
Its about time I started using my own site.
The catch up:
I trained for length with my new interval length protocol. I gained .6 inches in 5 months of training.
I took at least 1 month off PE this summer due to scheduling.
In that time, I lost ⅛ inch of length which was expected.
I trained “new age girth” for 28 days these are the results so far.
First: Crazy long stretched Flaccid.

After my 1 month off my flaccid stretched length was 8.6
After about 14 session of new age girth it is just under 9.25 (a crazy number indeed)
This tells me that I have generated a crazy amount of fatigue with this new routine.
Another anecdote: before yesterday’s session I was 9 inches stretched flaccid. Today 9.25 if we follow pervs recommendations, I should take a break until my 9.25 flaccid either stays 9.25 for a week or until I retract back to 9 or below as the fatigue has been recovered.
⅛ an inch erect length gain
Now I think I am shortchanging myself here. I did a leg workout right before measuring and had a wild session the night before with wifey so my EQ and erection staying power is not optimal today BUT at the very least, I gained back the ⅛ I lost since my little break. I would not be surprised if I was longer under better circumstances. One of the main reasons I trained girth is to get longer by being able to create denser erections. So far this has been proven true.
No changes in midshaft girth without a cockring. Apparent changes in shape.



The problem with measuring girth progress is most of us measure one or two points along the shaft. So we can potentially see change in every location outside of the measure point and still appear the same. I am sharing a photo that proves my point well.
I might need to figure a good way to measure change in volume
I noticed that my dick has gotten much thicker above and below my typical measuring point. Makes me wonder about the circumcision scar limiting expansion.
CURRENT ROUTINE:
BFR MASSAGE 5 mins
Tunica Scrapes 4 mins
Interval pumping 9 to 13 sets 2 minutes each.
This part is done every other day.
Then clamping 10 mins this is done every other session or about 2 times a week.
It is unclear with girth if we need a deload week yet.
