Was Hoping to start a wee chat about masturbation and how it could affect the results or efficiency of gains.
So from what I can deduce, masturbation should really be done at another period of time ( if one is inclined to masturbate often.) from PE.
The reason being, for one, Hormones, the weekly test cycle, and how this can affect exercise and recovery, and how masturbation interrupts and restarts this cycle. As well as the other chemicals realised, could this effect the outcomes we look for? This would also influence rest/recovery times, probably for the worse.
Any other ideas on why it is or isn’t a good idea, or if it even makes any difference at all, I shall be glad to hear them.
Disclaimer, I not a NOFAP advocate, just looking for any thoughts on if this could influence the end goal, in either time taken or final destination.
