What I learned After 5 sessions of new Age Girth Training:
Current Routine
Manual Bundled Stretches 6 sets total (3 sets each side) 1 minute each
BFR Massage 5 mins
Manual Tunica Shears ( Formerly Diamond JELQS 2-4 mins
Interval Pumping 5 reps 2 mins.
Rest (with Tunica Shears 50 reps)
Interval Pumping 5 Reps 2 mins
BFR CLAMPING 10 mins every other session ( 2 in a week)
The frequency is every other day.
Observations
· The expansion builds up session after session. First session barely over 6.25 Post session 4 sessions later, 6.5 from 4% expansion compared to 8% ( Granted slightly more edema.)
· The heat helps with comfort. TBD Determined if needed, however.
· Less sack in cylinder leads to better expansion
· Tunica Shears midsession helps with discoloration and edema
· Bundled Stretches in devices are hard to pull off for me because my glans can freely spin the vacuum bell
· Slightly better when focused on the twist of the bundle rather than the stretch.
· EQ is fucking insane with my wife. And she comments on my thickness even on off days.
· Better expansion with a cheap copper coil heating pad vs. infrared, probably due to how quickly it heats up
· I doubt many will need more than 20 mins total of interval pumping. It very efficient.
Yet to try
· Front-load fatigue like interval length protocol, 30-second bursts at the beginning for 5 mins ( 10 reps total)
· 1-minute sets with interval pumping
· Minor Length routine on off days ( probably a bad idea)
