I was wondering if I could get feedback on my current routine. I have a very disciplined personality so I know I will stick this out. If you guys feel I could improve my routine/optimize it that would be great.
22-minute AM manual stretch & 22-minute PM manual stretch
Quick 2-minute blood flow warm-up pulling ⅔ of max
Warmup/Main routine is the same (during warmup I’m not stretching as hard.)
Straight down pull (10-20s) release & shake member around gently
Left & right pull [90° angle] (10-20s) release & shake member around gently
Straight pull (10-20s) release & shake member around gently
Captain Morgan Stretch (10-20s) release & shake member around gently
Straight down-Fulcrum using two fingers (10-20s) release & shake member around gently
I listen to a podcast during both AM & PM sessions and set a timer, stretching for 40 minutes each day. My member after 3 weeks already feels longer when flaccid. After my PM session, I’ll do some pumping while I shower (I use the BM).
Pumping
- Enter soft, pump and hold for a few minutes
- Enter hard, pump and hold for a few minutes
- Enter hard, pump and hold for a few minutes
When I’m finished he feels heavy and full. I love the short-term post-pump gains. Once out of the shower, I’ll dry myself and moisturise my body - including my member!! I then try tunica release for 2-3 minutes by doing a pressure point massaging.
If I’m honest, I don’t love the BM as I struggle to get/stay hard.
I’m going to purchase the peakmalephysique auto pump when I return home from Asia and begin another pumping session using that during the day (as I work form home). I feel I might prefer pumping at my desk and find it easier to get/stay hard. I feel there’s something about the hot shower, filling the BM up and standing there that I don’t love.
