Been doing pe consistently for about 4 months. I tried hanging to begin with but stopped because I didn’t feel any kind of stretch even when I upped my weight and turned to manual stretches along with pumping. My routine consists of 40 mins of stretching and 20 mins pumping. I’m determined to keep going but it’s not been good for the moral not seeming to make any progress at all. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
