So after a week off, i’m back to BD’s beginners manual routine with 10 sets of interval pumping. In about a month I’ve gained 10mm bpsfl but just before my break, at the end of my routine i had not achieved 104% stretched length fatigue.
I was hoping my break would reduce my strain resistance but it seems that even adding a strain set i cannot reach the 104% goal.
