After going through a lot of BD’s content(thank you btw, it’s fantastic), my understanding so far is:
- 3-1 still works albeit less efficient than interval protocol
- Interval elongation(the one that I am currently using w/ apex) should be done every other day to every 3 days to allow ample recovery time.
- This protocol can be seen on BD’s post on the site with a chart for . (question that I do have is like going to the gym, experience level is based on time?)
- After 4 weeks of the above said protocol, taking a full week off.
- After 6 months, taking about 3 weeks off.
- Additional tunica release is beneficial
- Strain rate(between 104%-108%)(this is during actual extending) and fatigue rate(102%)(after session) are ways to measure if the weight/time are enough to continue growth. Additional note is that you must be around 102-104% to ensure growth. If you go under, little to no growth. Above, most likely will result in injury.
- Measurement should be done as close to the same as possible, bone pressed stretch flaccid(BPSF) at the fat pad above the penis as far as you can get the measuring device to your pubic bone.
- Everyone is different and might need fine tuning. Growth rates are also different but from everything I’ve seen 1 inch in length in a year of CONSISTENT work for beginners seems to be doable.
- Slow, steady, and consistent is the key.
Wanted to summarize to help others based on BD’s great work. I started this year and got a little zealous in the last month. I had a small blister and going to restart this protocol at the top of the year on top of weight loss. I’m sure I’ve missed out on some things. Please add additional great points for people who are looking to get into PE.
Current: 5.6in L 4.5in G - > goal 6.5in L 5.5in G
Good luck and happy PE
