It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to do. This year, I am trying to figure out if my desires are something I want or if something my ego wants.
After thinking about it, (one could call this meditating), I know I do want a larger dick beyond financial motives.
Last year, I was unable to be as consistent as I wanted to be. Due to how busy I have been, I was only able to get 5-6 good months last year.
This year, PE will be part of my daily routine more so than it ever has been. I finally have help around the business, so I got back at least 3 hours a day that I can use to my advantage.
Furthermore, I did not really have the motivation to get Bigger. I had much more important priorities than this. More business /Survival oriented than anything else, I had to build up my business quickly as I quit my job without a good escape plan. I landed pretty well, but the stress definitely set me back when it came to my physique and my own growth.
So, this year, I am picking up the slack a bit on both fronts.
I am already down 15 lbs. since November 15th, 2023. I need to lose about 5-10 lbs, but I hope it can knock out that in the next few weeks.
The One 1% change system
Outside of fat loss, where you can expect about 1% change a week in muscle building and PE, you would be lucky to get 1% growth month after month.
So, my challenge for this year is to routinely grow 1% in length every month for the year. I will try the same with bodybuilding. But I am not sure if that much mass is what I want or what my ego wants… still need to deliberate. But I am 215 lb. now, pretty athletic build. I don’t know if I want to get more muscular.
The charts below show projections for the month if I am able to achieve 1% monthly linear growth

Note: I have put my starting length at 8.25 by 6 girth as that’s what I measured 1/11/2023. This is lower than I have been saying for the past few months. I suspect this is a bit of loss in tissue + just being sick for the past month not letting me get fully erect. I suspect my size right now, when healthy, is 8.325 by 6.1 …about ⅛ an inch smaller in both directions than I have claimed in the past but still within the margin of error of 2%. Also. 2% is typically the loss you can expect when stopping PE due to a lack in tissue flexibility.
I am also adding a picture of my erect length measured along the curve. That is about 8.5
The picture with the ruler is of me correcting the curve as much as I can. Note the difference in where the tripod legs are.

Measuring Strictness:
Last year, I made major strides in having a consistent photo, but my issues were a new camera, which changed perspective, and the fact I did not have a set point matched with the end of the ruler.
My solution is to line up the legs of my tripod with glans while keeping the camera directly above the leg. This will make the end of my penis the exact center of the photo. Removing most parallax errors. Fixing changes in camera angle will also be easy as the ruler will not appear straight with the paper I am using for contrast.
Pulling off 1% Linear change
This is going to require everything to be honed to allow for this kind of result. For PE the perfect balance to rest to stimulus. And keeping stress levels tolerable. Above all else, I need to stay consistent.
For My Muscle Building Plan. I need to be more on top of my diet. I need to be aware when I am slacking off. IE eating out too much and not getting enough protein. I just need to increase the intensity a bit for training, as I let that slack the past six months.
The most important thing for both is managing stress. I am a stress eater for the most part. I need to find a better outlet. I don’t feel like doing PE when stressed, so I slack off.
Luckily, most of the stress is the result of my reaction to the said stressor. Granted, I took a lot off my plate already, but if I want to stay relatively low-stress, I need to handle it with more calculated cunning rather than emotional outbursts.
I will have a good baseline photo of my physique and penis in the next couple of days. For now, I am just collecting my thoughts. but for now i am adding my most recent one. abs are a bit inflammed from how much i have been training them
