Hi there community, I’ve decided to get into PE and take it seriously. As a background I found out about jelqing and other exercises while I was like 15 or 16 and I did try to jelq and maybe do a bit of bending here and there but obviously I never really took it seriously and I was just very self conscious and didn’t let my body just grow. I still have some regrets that I fucked with my body and my penis could’ve been bigger had I not tried it out all those years ago. Oh well regardless it is what it is and I’m here now and dedicated. I’m mainly trying to build length, if I could get a little girth, cool but I’m not tripping. I watched BD’s video on manuals, here are my questions. If you’re answering please say which number question you are answering it would be greatly appreciated.
- Are manual stretches meant to be done semi-erect or completely flaccid?
- Can you do a straight out pull for manual stretches or is pulling down the best way to go? I know there’s different opinions on it.
- For Fatigue and Strain sets of the manual stretch is the fatigue less of a stretch? Or is it just the same stretch length but less time?
- Will I experience any girth loss doing these exercises?
- Would any penis pump do good in replacing the Mod Jelqs? Even a penis pump from say Temu for example?
- When I do make gains, can I stop or will my penis slowly regress to the same size it was before?
- I know for just starting off in about 3 months I can expect ⅜ to about ½ an inch of growth. What would be the steps beyond that? The “intermediates” as I think they were called?
- This one is just a bonus question, did jelqing at such a young age stunt my growth?
TLDR, if you can just please answer question 1, 2, 4, and 6. Thank you.
