Throwing this out there to see what other people think, basically I’ve been wondering about doing girth focused work to train the bloodholding tissue primarily on my off days from length.
I’ve been considering this for three main reasons:
1, Recovery I know BD and Perv have thrown this around, bloodflow focused work could potentially impact recovery in a positive way because soft tissues love bloodflow, so in a way would pumping on off days not have some similar effect to feeder sets inherently?
2, impact on bpsfl I’ve noticed personally that during my girth focused block, my bpsfl had stagnated even as my girth seemed to be progressing forward minisculy. I don’t know enough to say wether or not this means it wouldn’t have an impact on recovery from length work but it seems like a possibility to me. I mean there must be some inherent tolerable amount of stress that can be applied lengthwise while recovering otherwise natural erections would negatively impact recovery, and we know that isn’t true. It seems like natural erections help if anything.
3, flexibility I’ve noticed the day after length days, my tunica feels not only its most flexible, but its most relaxed. I think this would potentially allow for better expansion of the CCs and overall more effective girth work.
I’d be interested to hear what anyone else thinks, I think girth work could be synergistic to length work, maybe even help with recovery as well, but I could also see it eating up resources for recovery.
