Hey legends, my current routine looks like this after work in the following order;
- Hinks manual stretches (25m total with 1m holds)
- 50x Gua Sha Stone scrapes each side of the shaft (not too much pressure, just enough that it feels nice)
- Interval Pumping (5x sets | 2m (Good stretch, no pain!) // around 7.5hg) every other night
I work from home, sit for many hours, and feel like I have another hour or two free to do some PE at my desk. As mentioned above, I only manual, scrape and pump after work. Is there anything you legends would recommend I do during the day while I sit at my desk and work?
