I have been pumping now for about 3 weeks, having received my PMP Big Box kit in January.

At present my current stats are 7.25” BPEL x 5″ MSEG. I have a significant difference in girth from the thickest to thinnest, tapering down to the base at about 4.5″.

My current goal is 5.5″ MSEG, so I ordered the 9×2.0″ tube thinking it would be a bit over sized, but eventually I would pack out.

While I expected the discomfort at the base to be higher with the larger tube, some of the replies in the subreddit have implied that over shooting the tube size can inhibit gains.

I was considering ordering a sleeve to reduce the ballsack pull and discomfort, but I would like to know your thoughts on investing in a smaller tube entirely.
