Week 7 of PRP results

This is timely because hink just had an interview with dr. B. the guy that made P-long protocol… his argument for P-long was less than convincing. Fortunately, I have pictures to back up my claims.

In 7 weeks, I have gained about ⅜ of an inch in pump size. I am yet to measure erect under scrutiny. This diet does not allow for long-lasting erections outside of the sack.
Seated measure.

Seated measure ( which I don’t consider true erect size for consistency sake is 8.5), mid-shaft girth is 6.25, which would correlate to about .25 gained erect length and .25 gained erect girth.
My new and ever-growing curve makes it hard to measure my erect length for progress. You can see a slight shadow. That’s my curve.!<

Girth gains

Girth gains have been awesome. I am bigger with a cockring, but I am not too worried about that right now.

sex in general with my new size has been great. the wife has been surprisingly receptive to my new mass. but our sex has evolved a lot the past few months so we just might hitting new levels of arousal with that.

Physique update

I ballooned up to 230 this November, the heaviest I have been. Since 11-15-2023 I have lost about 12 lb

It was a bulk + plus toe injury, so I could not work off the fat efficiently.

I was originally going to diet for six weeks, but I plan to extend it another two because I am so fucking close to getting beyond my stomach pouch

Closing thoughts

so despite Reddit bullshit. It has been a very good month for me. I have been in my head lately, and seeing such great results is pulling me out of this funk.

And the crazy part is I half-assed PE this month. Maybe 2 to 3 sessions a week. Once I get dialed in, watch out.
